LOT Polish Airlines choose IBM iX as their partner for the brand new lot.com platform

Polish airline repositions itself digitally

IBM iX has won the Polish flagship airline LOT as their new customer. By choosing IBM iX as a strategic partner for the relaunch of LOT’s website lot.com, LOT benefits from IBM iX long-standing experience in many other successful industry projects and its deep expertise in Adobe technology, agile methodologies, and working models.

Even during the challenging last 18 months marked by the COVID pandemic, LOT continued to focus on enhancing their digital strategy and presence by completely revising their lot.com platform as one of the many steps they are taking to continuously improve their customer experience on all digital channels.

The Adobe Experience Manager is the new strategic platform of choice for the corporate website and will allow LOT to redefine the customer experience and increase the website’s performance to be well-equipped for the digital future.

Focus on usability and conversion for lot.com

As an experienced partner, IBM iX intends to improve the website’s organic traffic, enhance the performance of lot.com and increase their overall sales results. To achieve that, the range of CMS and backend systems that are currently used to operate the website will be unified to reduce the time and effort required to manage it. The various CMS systems will be standardised and replaced by a user-friendly system that meets all the customer’s needs. The new lot.com platform will be both easily scalable and upgradable to ensure a state-of-the-art solution.

Enhancing the experience for LOT’s customers

The Adobe Experience Manager allows LOT to increase customer retention by creating and delivering a user-centric and holistic user experience. The new lot.com platform also offers various options to enhance the design and refresh the look and feel of the corporate website, which will also support 12 languages and will be available in over 50 markets.
IBM iX won LOT by providing both state-of-the-art technological know-how and innovative ideas to achieve LOT’s business goals and created the basis for future joint work on identifying further digital potentials.
